ah. now now. crashed a pretty good band's jamming session. lets see the amps there made me drool. alot. er. ian was using his T5 pluged straight into a Ibanez ToneBlaster head with a 4x12 Laney cab. he was using the house cables which are some random noiseless cable with neutrik straight heads. yimin was using some random ESP guitar if i'm not wrong. he was also using a Ibanez head to another Laney 4x12 cab. its a different model of the cab i think unless its just different covering over the speakers. john was using a his nice red yamaha bass with the same cable to a Hartkey 2115 combo. which i think is tube cuz it took a while before he could play anything when he just turned it on. joash was using some pretty pro tunned drum set or so yimin and joash say. its a 6-piece Yamaha Rage Custom + quality Sabian/Paiste cymbals. with IRON COBRA DOUBLE PEDALS. joash was like fooling around with the double pedal all the time. hah. as i walking out of the studio and the guys were paying. i realised what i missed when i walk in. they had a few new boss TU-2s on sale. singapore dang hard to find TU-2. and the best part. a MARSHALL HALF STACK. Marshall MF350 Mode4 head + 4x12 Mode4 cab. and and and and and....
a Mesa Boogie Rectifier head + 4x12 Mesa cab. the mesa is better. cuz its cooler. haha. anyway. so for all the n00bs there listen up. i know you're going what's a 4x12 cab. is it like 48 taxis in one line? no. (hurhur) so what's a 4x12 cab. so think about the height of vinna. and sort of like a block of wood. its like a cupboard. ok i have a amp right a 15w small monster. witha 8 inch speaker. when they say 4x12 they mean four 12 inch speakers. so its about the height of some small short people. and its LOUD. classicly a marshall stack has 2 of those 4x12 cabs. so that's loud. LOUD. yes LOUD. VERY LOUD. i'll love to be playing in the new church building with a new mesa/marshall 4x12 cab. with any head.
